To rent a scooter or motorcycle, you must be at least 18 (scooters) or 21 (Motorbikes), hold a valid driver’s license, and provide ID proof plus a refundable deposit (₹2000 for scooters, ₹5000 for Motorbikes). Rentals are booked via our app or website, with payment due upfront. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before pickup; otherwise, a 50% fee applies.

You’re responsible for the vehicle’s care during your rental. Return it in the same condition, with a full tank (as provided), or face additional charges. Late returns incur an hourly fee of $2 for scooters and $3 for Motorbikes. Damage, theft, or loss due to negligence is your liability, though basic insurance is included – extra coverage is optional.

RideOnIndia reserves the right to refuse service or terminate rentals for misuse, illegal activity, or safety violations. Our app and website content (images, prices, etc.) are for informational use only and may change. We’re not liable for delays, accidents, or third-party actions beyond our control.
